Jenni Carbins
Strategy, Curation

An experienced strategic placemaking expert, Jenni has helped conceive world-class destinations such as London’s Southbank Centre, Greenwich Peninsula and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Previously she worked with London Design Festival and founded a marketing communications agency in Australia, with clients including Sydney Opera House.



David Michon
Strategy, Editorial

Former Managing Editor of Monocle magazine and Winkreative creative agency, David oversaw the launch of Monocle 24 radio and was the founding producer of the successful podcast The Urbanist. As an independent strategist and consultant, he brings an international perspective and his focus is creative projects across property, architecture and design.


Sofia Dawe
Placemaking, Activation 

Sofia is expert in creative strategy, experiential placemaking and cultural programming. She has led the development and delivery of high-profile enlivenment programmes across London including King’s Cross, International Quarter London, Broadgate, Regent’s Place and Royal Albert Dock.


Roberta Titley

As Southbank Centre’s Commercial Project Manager, Roberta oversaw the delivery of all retail and commercial projects. She’s delivered retail and enlivenment projects with major UK property developers and is skilled in leasing strategy, working with architects during design and delivery, managing stakeholders and suppliers and overseeing fit outs. 


Gillian Fox
Visual Art

Gillian is a Curator for Hayward Gallery Touring, based at Southbank Centre. As a freelance Art Consultant, she brings her expansive knowledge of the UK and international art world and links to established and emerging talent. Gillian is commercially savvy and has a deep understanding of what makes public art relevant, engaging and successful.


Georgie Hunt
Research, Community

Georgie is a stakeholder and community engagement specialist, having worked on Australia’s largest regeneration project at Barangaroo, Sydney, and one of the nation’s leading urban solutions companies. Georgie has a Degree in Property Economics and is currently studying for a Masters in Urban Planning.


Anne Hynes
Strategy, Retail

Expert in delivering vibrant commercial precincts, Anne develops strategies for landmark regeneration and cultural projects. She has brought her hands-on approach to developments at Greenwich Peninsula, East Village E20 and The British Library. And as Trading Director, she transformed London’s Southbank Centre into a dynamic destination for both shopping and eating out.


Ben Reed
Property, Brand

Ben is expert in linking global brands to large regeneration mixed-use schemes. He divides his time between London, Lisbon and Berlin working with start-ups and scale-ups. and has presented at Retail Week, REVO, FUTURetail, Proptech, Nike global conferences, Retail Property Analyst and London Real Estate Forum and is a GLA London Music Board member.


Helen Smith
Executive Producer

Helen is a highly experienced executive producer and production manager, expert in finding high quality creative solutions, coordinating teams and liaising with clients to ensure smooth and successful delivery of events. She has worked with London Design Festival, Bank of England, Soho House Group, ASOS, Universal, Yauatcha and 100% Design.
